Big Life Foundation Return Policy

At Big Life Foundation, every purchase helps protect wildlife and support local communities. Because of this, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly review the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed packages returned to our facility may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment. If we are unable to arrange a reshipment within 30 days, the item may be donated to support conservation efforts.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
